1) You confirm you are of the legal drinking age of 18 to enter and make purchases on the website

2) Prices shown on the website are nett price and subject to changes at any time.

3) The images, wine descriptions and ratings are sourced from a subscribed 3rd party publication and are used for information purpose only. BD Fine Wines should not be liable for any inaccuracies resulting from it. 

4) BD Fine Wines in its best capacity tries to ensure the information published on its website is accurate. In the event of discrepancies , BD Fine Wines reserves the rights to cancel your order or transaction for any reason including an error in the listed price or description of the wines or availability relating to your order.

5) Delivery is complimentary for orders above S$500 for a single location. We charge a fee of S$20 per location for orders below S$500. 

6) All credit card transactions incur a 3.5% transaction fees which is non-refundable

7) We allow amendment and cancellation to orders one day before the cut-off date for delivery. For avoidance of doubt, the cut-off dates are: 
– Sunday for Tuesday delivery
– Thursday for Saturday delivery

8) In the event of a cancellation, transaction fees will not be refunded as these are charged by the payment gateway.

9) Good delivered are strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-returnable to ensure provenance.
