How much is delivery?

• For orders below SGD500, we charge SGD20 for delivery. However, free shipping will be provided for order above $500. These charges applies to delivery per single location.

When can I expect my order?

• We keep our running costs low so that we can offer you the most competitive prices. This will also means we will not be delivering on daily basis. Instead, we will deliver every Tuesdays and Saturdays. 

Orders received from Fri-Sun will be delivered on Tuesdays while orders received from Mon-Thu will be delivered on Saturdays. 

However, we do accept urgent orders on an adhoc basis for a fee. For urgent orders, please contact sales@bdfinewines.com.sg.

What do I do if I give the wrong or need to change shipping address?

• No worries, please contact sales@bdfinewines.com.sg immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

• We use Stripe as our primary payment gateway which accepts

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc)

Stripe charges us a fee for every transaction. As our pricing is extremely competitive, it would be difficult for us to absorb this fee which leaves us with no choice but to pass on a 3.5% charge for payment via Stripe.

• To avoid paying a transaction cost we also accept:

– PAYNOW
– Bank Transfer

We strongly encouraged these payment modes for your benefit as it does not incur a transaction fee.

I would like to amend my order, what do I do?

• Please contact us at sales@bdfinewines.com.sg and we will do our best to accommodate to your request.

Can I cancel my order?

• Yes, you can do before the cut-off date. The cut-off date is defined as one day before the delivery day. For any cancellation, please contact us at sales@bdfinewines.com.sg.

What if the product I ordered is out of stock?

• Although such circumstances are rare, it does happen. In such event, we will refund you the amount of the item and give you recommendations that we think has a similar profile. If you choose not to accept any of our recommendations, a full refund of the item will be given back to you. 


Do you accept returns?

• Unfortunately, wine delivered are strictly non-exchangeable,  non-refundable or returnable to ensure its provenance. This applies to corked bottles too which is beyond our control. We are sorry if such circumstance arises but we would like to assure you that our wines are purchased from reputable sources and come in OWC conditions unless stated otherwise.
